Either side of a two-course lunch visitors can work out doing a few lengths of the pool before easing themselves into the hot tub, sauna or steam room. Treatments will include a 30-minute Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage followed immediately by another treatment of choice such as a mini facial, reflexology session, scalp massage, manicure or pedicure. Customers can also opt to upgrade to a full body, aromatic or hot stones massage for a surcharge.
